This is a brand new hotel steps away from the Ala Moana shopping center (Waikiki is a 10-15 minute uber away). I was super happy with my room - I think that the Premium Kings are much, much nicer than the normal Kings, because of the wraparound windows and view. The bed was wonderful and fluffy and I loved it. Having laundry and a kitchenette was also fab. The pool area is pleasant. The gym is wonderful too! Modern elevators mean that you don't spend hours waiting for the elevator as is often the case in Waikiki hotels. The 48 dollar a day credit towards food and beverage is really generous and makes breakfast basically free as well as pool drinks etc.

Location is convenient - away from the crowds of Waikiki but still close enough that it is accessible. Good access to the rest of Honolulu including restaurants of Chinatown and easy access to H1. Mare, both the restaurant and the bar, are very good. The front desk teams, concierge and valet teams were all very attentive and helpful.
